            The foundation of the ministry of First United Methodist Church is to be found in our Worship of the Heavenly Father, who created the Heavens and the Earth. This loving Father chose to breathe into you the breath of life. The Father God has endowed you with the presence and power of the divine Holy Spirit. This is so you may have the strength and guidance you need to find fulfillment, joy, peace and the love of the Father God in your daily living. Jesus Christ, the gift of the Father to us in the flesh, has opened the doors of Heaven and given you unprecedented personal access to the Heavenly Father. Through Jesus’ death, and resurrection, the sins which would separate you from the Father’s Mercy and forgiveness have once, and for all, been banished. For this we gather every Sunday to praise and worship God for the Mighty and undeserved Mercies granted to us.

           The foundation of Worship is built upon through Bible Studies, Small Groups, Olas Teen Ministry, Children’s programs, fellowship times, and especially through ministries to this community and the entire world. On this web site you will find the particular information about each of these ministries.
